  1. SHIPPING TIME AND COSTS

1.1 Shipping is always free unless otherwise stated at checkout. (Expedited delivery fee is $10)

1.2 Delivery usually takes 5-10 days business days from the date of the purchase. (Delivery time and shipping time included from the date of payment)

1.3 About the customs duties and fees:

The recipient of an international shipment is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination.

The recipientmay be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient’s country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; we have no control over these charges, nor can we predict what they may be.

Customs policies vary widely; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. If you collect the goods, Customs requires clearance information and invoice. Please contact us first.

Cautions:
• If you provide us with a false address, we are not responsible for redelivering the goods.

• Delivery date may be affected by coronavirus (COVID-19).

We use different shipping methods such as DHL\UPS\TNT\FedEX, We use different methods of delivery because such application of different methods suitable for different countries and regions is able to make the time of transport as shortest as possible, and also assures the safety and convenience of the transport. We are able to deliver our goods to most countries in the world.

Under normal circumstances, it takes us 1 or 2 days to process your order. We will send you the Tracking Number for your package by email. You can also follow the delivery online through the Track Your Order page.

2.2 Delivery assured

If your goods are lost or checked, we will deliver them again.

3.1 Return policy

Before requesting a return please make sure the products comply with the following conditions, in accordance with our Terms of Sale:

  • The products must be in their unused original condition, with all tags and the security seal still attached and any special packaging and accessories included – incomplete, damaged, worn or altered items cannot be accepted
  • The return must be requested within 30 days from delivery of the order
  • The parcel must be handed to the courier within 30 days from return authorisation
  • You should also return the product in its original box and delivery package, along with all accessories, documentation (such as shipping documents and other proof of purchase, product certificates) and any complimentary items (if any).

If the returned item and its packaging, labeling or documentation do not meet the aforementioned conditions, we reserve the right to reject the returned item and refuse to issue a refund.

3.2 Return and refund process and time

When you return an item you need to contact customer service promptly to make an application and inform you of the latest return address.

Once we verify the integrity of the items we will accept the return and process the refund. Verifying the items is expected to take 3 to 5 business days.

Refund arrival time: Paypal:1-2 Work Days\Bank Card:5-14 Work Days.(Different Banks, Different Processing Time)
